You can buy oysters in person from our unit at Birchwood Farm in Cock Clarks, Maldon, Essex. You can visit from 8 am to 2 pm Monday to Friday.
Fancy fresh fish and oysters on a Friday? We have a shop at our unit, also in Cock Clarks, which is open on Friday from xxam – xxpm and we sell a large variety of fish and seafood including our renowned smoked salmon.

You can buy Maldon Oysters at Billingsgate, the UK’s largest fish market. Billingsgate market is open to the public as well as businesses. Currently, Billingsgate Market is open Tuesdays to Saturdays, from 4am to 8.30am. The market is closed on Sundays and Mondays. It is also closed on bank holidays, except Good Friday.
